**Establish a New Risk Function with Integral Search**

We are partnering with a leading Private Markets fund to establish a new risk function, and we are seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to lead its development.

As the first dedicated risk hire into the business, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the entire enterprise risk function, developing the framework for the firm. You will have the autonomy to create the structure as you see fit, working with one of the most impressive leaders in the industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong risk knowledge across Operational and Enterprise frameworks
  • Exposure to Private Markets, particularly Credit and Debt funds, is a significant advantage, but any experience in fund management is a plus
  • Regulatory reporting experience, particularly to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  • Understanding of the Internal Control and Risk Assessment (ICARA) process
  • A proactive mindset, happy to work independently across the business
