Job Summary
The Enterprise Risk Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of Wise's risk management function. Reporting to the Global Head of Enterprise Risk, this position will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of an enterprise risk management program that meets business, stakeholder, and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with regional risk teams to ensure effective risk management practices and governance across the organization.
- Oversee the completion and quality of risk assessments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to risk governance boards and committees.
- Work closely with domain risk leads to ensure risk appetite, KRIs, and risk assessments processes are adequately followed and aligned with enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Assist in the development and delivery of risk training programs to ensure effective risk management practices across the organization.
- Experience in mid-senior level risk management, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong understanding of GRC tooling and risk management frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
