About the Role

Clarivate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to join our Legal, Risk and Compliance (LRC) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the governance framework and processes related to managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of the ERM cycle, including risk framework updates, business risk reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Work with Business Continuity Plans and support business segments in risk management and business continuity activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with key initiatives, including business continuity and risk transfer programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and teams across Clarivate to identify and prioritize remediation and track completion.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with IT Infrastructure teams to maintain disaster recovery plans and metrics.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance the quality and value of our service delivery, including benchmarking, research, thought leadership, training, and competency development.

About the Team

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic LRC organization, including 70 colleagues in multiple countries around the world. You will work with senior leaders across different functions and segments, designing and supporting the implementation of key programs that will be leveraged across the organization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant ERM experience, with an advanced understanding of risk management theory and practice.
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ERM governance and control frameworks, such as COSO.
  • Relevant certification in risk management or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience leveraging GRC solutions, such as Fusion Framework, SAI Global, or MetricStream.
  • Ability to extract data and work with systems and software applications.
  • Demonstrated work experience in driving change management programs across a global organization.
  • Experience leading complex business initiatives and cross-functional teams.
