As a Senior Children\u0027s Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for young people to thrive. You will be responsible for establishing clear boundaries, supporting and mentoring junior team members, and providing emotional and social support to help young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure environment for young people.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to ensure a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.
  • Provide emotional and social support to help young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.
  • Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as required.
