Award-winning Property Consultancy Ashbys Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join their Building Services Design Engineering team in Central London.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on large-scale projects in the commercial office fit-out and new build, high-end residential, and healthcare sectors in the UK, with renowned clients.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the industry and a desire to climb the promotional ladder quickly. They will be responsible for managing MEP design projects, working alongside REVIT MEP technicians, and utilizing BIM methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing MEP design projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborating with civil and structural teams to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Utilizing industry software such as Amtech, Dialux, and Relux
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the team

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in the Building Services consultancy market
  • Experience managing MEP design projects in the UK
  • Proficiency in industry software such as Amtech, Dialux, and Relux
  • Experience working alongside REVIT MEP technicians and utilizing BIM methodologies
  • Education to at least HND level and working towards or holding a Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
  • Professional membership with CIBSE, IET, or similar
