Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct complex and specialized projects as designated by the Framework Manager.
  • Evaluate incoming projects and assign necessary internal resources.
  • Interpret project design specifications and collaborate with specialized subcontractors to devise implementation solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the GRAHAM team.
  • Engage subcontractors and assist the Commercial team in site surveys prior to construction.
  • Ensure comprehensive planning, monitoring, and control of all project aspects.
  • Deliver projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Managers and the delivery team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on-site.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors effectively.
  • Organize and lead regular progress meetings, compiling reports for client presentations.
  • Schedule and facilitate subcontractor meetings as necessary.
  • Document and distribute minutes from project meetings.
  • Maintain contractual records of all project-related matters using CEMAR.
  • Participate in regular contract meetings with clients, providing valuable input.
  • Introduce enhancements and innovations as appropriate.
  • Promote the company positively at all times.
  • Compile and submit Operation and Maintenance manuals upon project completion.

Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Project Management capacity.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing commercial projects valued up to £1 million.
  • Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects of varying financial scopes.
  • Proficient in project planning and scheduling using MS Project.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with NEC 4 contracts is preferable.
  • Experience using CEMAR is advantageous.
