We are a leading Total FM provider, committed to enhancing the experience and making the lives of our clients easier. We are seeking a Project Manager to help us create a hassle-free environment for our clients and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage complex and specialist projects as identified by the Senior Project Manager
- Review incoming projects and allocate the necessary internal staff resource
- Identify and interpret project design criteria and engage specialist sub-contractors and personnel to identify solutions for implementation
- Form the main point of contact between the Client, Stakeholders and GRAHAM team
- Engage sub-contractors and support the Commercial team in surveying sites prior to construction
- Ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively planned, monitored and controlled
- Deliver project within programme and budget
- Provide support and guidance to the Project Managers and delivery team
- Ensure all Company Procedures are being complied with
- Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are followed
- Be responsible for achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on site
- Ensure adherence to site-specific protocol and procedures
- Manage and monitor sub-contractors
- Schedule and chair regular progress meetings and compile progress reports for presentation to the client
- Schedule and chair regular sub-contractor meetings as required
- Compile and distribute project meeting minutes
- Maintain contractual records of all project-related matters via CEMAR
- Attend and provide input on regular contract meetings with the Client
- Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate
- Positively promote the company wherever and whenever possible
- Compile and submit O&M manuals upon project completion
About You
- Demonstrate previous experience in a Senior Project Management role
- Demonstrate strong communication and management skills
- Experience in the delivery of commercial projects up to a value of £1mil
- Ability to manage and deliver numerous concurrent projects of varying financial values and scope
- Ability to plan and programme projects using MS Project
- Excellent IT skills I.E Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge / understanding of NEC 4 contracts (preferable)
- Ability to use CEMAR (preferable)
