About the Role

We are seeking a talented Artist to join our team at NARS, a leading beauty brand within the Shiseido Group. As a key member of our counter management team, you will play a vital role in delivering a successful business through the motivation and engagement of your team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify external partnerships opportunities to reach new customer bases and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement counter event strategies and activity plans, focusing on new product launches and core focus areas.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, department store managers, and external businesses to drive events and collaborations.
  • Represent the NARS brand as a brand ambassador, embodying our image, artistry, passion, and performance.
  • Manage virtual tools and services, including consultations, online masterclasses, and social media communication.
  • Bring NARS artistry to life through on-counter activity days, briefings, and reinforcing brand authority to customers.
  • Coach Artists in customer behaviors and consumer trends, and lead team meetings and artistry/service-driven workshops.
  • Develop in-store Artists on artistry, product knowledge, and application techniques to support their service and productivity.
  • Support management in identifying service and artistry development opportunities and work alongside Regional Trainers.
  • Attend Senior Flagship advanced artistry training sessions and support National Lead Artist and Events Manager in brand building projects.
  • Carry out trade tests for potential new employees or promotions.
