Job Title: Advertising Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advertising Producer to join our team at TM UK (Web). As an Advertising Producer, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality video content for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Senior Producers and Executive Producer in planning, creating, and developing digital video output, focusing on creative features.
  2. Carry out the entire production process on projects, from ideation and pitching to storyboarding, scheduling, planning, supervising the editing process, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and to deadline.
  3. Manage collaborative workflows efficiently, including stakeholder engagement and approval where necessary.
  4. Supervise work being undertaken by freelance and staff editors and Junior Producers, providing guidance and creative vision, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
  5. Stay up to date on all developments in digital video production and steer the creation of our content accordingly.
  6. Oversee final content delivery, ensuring that all the appropriate elements are technically sound, factually accurate, and fully compliant with our internal policies and procedures.
  7. Occasionally travel to events/shoots in the UK or abroad (if required), to organise and produce video content in the field.
Requirements:
  1. Degree or Diploma in Media Studies or similar, with specific focus on video production.
  2. Experience in Production Management or Producing, ideally for digital/social media platforms/audiences.
  3. Demonstrable experience in maintaining collaborative communication with internal and external production stakeholders.
  4. Broad knowledge and understanding of current production styles and techniques.
  5. Excellent understanding of digital media and video production.
  6. Highly motivated, organised, creative, and ambitious, keen to embrace new challenges.
  7. Ability to maintain a positive outlook despite setbacks and challenges.
Desirable:
  1. UK driving licence.
  2. Ability to travel.
  3. Production exposure on roles such as scriptwriting, AD, directing, camera, audio, editing, or motion graphics.
