Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist with a background in Computer Science to join our team at IKK classic. As the leading guild health insurance provider in Germany, we prioritize the well-being of our members and foster a supportive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level support within the service desk, diagnosing IT issues related to hardware and software (incident management).
- Manage incoming requests through our ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation, categorization, and prioritization of issues.
- Maintain asset and configuration management for IT workstation devices, ensuring smooth operations.
- Install and update operating systems on laptops, ensuring optimal performance.
- Serve as the primary contact for users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Oversee the management of IT workstation equipment in designated regions, coordinating the rollout and rollback processes.

Qualifications:
- Completed university studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training with further qualifications in IT management.
- In-depth knowledge of integrating information technology into organizational workflows, alongside expertise in IT service management.
- Proficient in using Office software and familiar with IKK standard software and related add-on products.
- Ideally, possess knowledge of relevant service regulations and work instructions.
- Valid class B driving license.
