  • Conduct inventory of IT end devices and maintain the CMDB

  • Act as the training officer in the group
  • Collaborate with specialist departments and external partners

Requirements

  • Completed IT training, e.g. IT specialist for system integration, or comparable qualification in the field of IT
  • Career changers with a high affinity for IT and professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Software and hardware knowledge in the Microsoft environment
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or comparable) desired
  • AdA certificate desirable
  • Strong communication skills, responsible, able to work under pressure, team player, and proactive with a keen sense of customer needs
  • Friendly and confident demeanor
  • German language skills at least C1 level
  • ITIL knowledge/certification is an advantage
