About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Polly Symondson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and development of fundraising initiatives to maximize income and grow a diverse funding base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to drive income growth and expand our funding base.
  • Lead and manage fundraising events, including high-value events, networking days, and supporter-led initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters, and stakeholders to ensure a culture of philanthropy and engagement.
  • Oversee and manage the fundraising budget, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing income generation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to promote fundraising activities and identify new income generation opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors, supporters, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
