Role Summary:

Boots Hearingcare is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our ranks as Hearing Care Consultants. In this capacity, you will guide and assist clients, advocating for our hearing services within the retail environment. Training Program

Your initial training will encompass three individual weeks (one week per month) at the Boots Hearingcare Academy. All travel and accommodation costs will be covered, and you will also participate in both in-store and online training sessions. Upon completion of your training, you will assist our customers and in-store Audiologists, actively engaging with clients and offering specialized guidance.

Key Responsibilities as a Hearing Care Consultant:

  • Deliver comprehensive information regarding our Hearingcare services to clients.
  • Provide tailored advice on ear health and hearing preservation.
  • Conduct routine hearing screenings and coordinate assessments with our Audiologists.
  • Assist clients with the maintenance and care of hearing aids.
  • Promote and sell consumables and ear care products.
  • Receive training in specialized Hearingcare services, including wax removal through Micro Suction.
  • Support the Audiologist with additional hearing-related health assessments as required.
  • Contribute to achieving store performance indicators by managing appointment schedules effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Boots Opticians and Pharmacy teams to enhance hearing care awareness.
  • Build strong partnerships with in-store Audiologists and team members.

  • Experience in a retail or healthcare setting is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using basic technology, such as tablets and computers.
