Position: Domiciliary Audiologist
  • Assess and Diagnose: Identify hearing loss and associated conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Conduct Hearing Assessments: Perform tests to determine the most appropriate hearing aid options for patients.
  • Patient Support: Offer guidance and emotional support to individuals experiencing hearing challenges.
  • Hearing Aid Fitting: Customize and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal comfort and functionality for each patient.
  • Collaborative Care: Work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations and treatment progress.
Qualifications:
  • Eligibility for registration with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser.
  • Ability to reflect on professional practice and recognize areas for improvement.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Compassionate and attentive approach when interacting with patients.
  • Proven experience in audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings.
