**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, using industry-leading technology to identify and address hearing challenges.
  • Provide expert advice on hearing care solutions, recommending products and services that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales, driving business growth and success.
  • Champion hearing care and generate in-store demand, promoting our products and services to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Fulfill personal development and CPD requirements, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Consistent clinical audit results.
  • Completion of CPD requirements.
  • Achievement of commercial targets.
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
