Shift Patterns
As we are dedicated to providing support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this role will usually involve working split shifts during the hours of Monday-Friday and hours Saturday & Sunday. There will also be occasions where you work later shifts to support individuals to attend shows, concerts, and activity groups and sleepovers to support trips away.
