We are in search of a seasoned Corporate Facilities Coordinator to become a vital part of our team, ensuring the effective and economical management of our facilities.

The Corporate Facilities Coordinator will oversee both the strategic and operational aspects of our facilities.

This position guarantees that the physical workspace aligns with our business objectives, adheres to corporate standards, and complies with health and safety regulations.

The Coordinator will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with service providers to deliver exceptional facilities management services, optimize space usage, and uphold a secure and efficient work environment.

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Facilities Coordinator to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and possess a robust combination of project management and client relationship management expertise.

Develop and execute facility management strategies and plans to enhance resource utilization and boost operational efficiency.

  • Plan and oversee all installations (telecommunications, heating, electricity, etc.). Manage daily operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent safety and building regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise facility personnel, including technicians, custodial staff, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify maintenance requirements and prioritize repair and maintenance initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and financial documentation related to facility operations, including forecasting and cost management.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation of all facility assets, maintenance activities, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend facility requirements and devise plans to address those needs.
  • Oversee contractor and vendor relationships, including procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Manage activities such as parking space allocation, waste management, and building security.
  • Allocate office space based on requirements.
  • Handle insurance policies and service agreements.
  • Maintain both financial and non-financial records.
  • Conduct analysis and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.
Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Coordinator or in a related role.

  • Experience managing large multi-site facilities (hard and soft services for both owned and managed assets).
  • Strong skills in contract management.
  • Well-versed in technical and engineering operations as well as facilities management best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
