Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Acuity. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience and ensuring that our building is a welcoming and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations, suggesting improvements and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Front of House Manager and Client Services Manager to design and implement visitor journeys and ensure a high level of service is reflected in independent mystery audits.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Receptionist in a 5-star hotel or members club.
  • Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • IT literate in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
