Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Warrington and Lymm. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients
  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Running errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to working with clients
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
