About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join our busy team at a leading regional law firm. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be advising stakeholders, HR professionals, and senior managers on the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious in nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload, including advising on employment law matters, drafting contracts, and representing clients in employment tribunals.
- Work with clients predominantly within the healthcare sector, providing expert advice on employment law matters.
- Contribute to the employment team's business development work and marketing initiatives, helping to grow the firm's reputation and client base.
- Collaborate with colleagues to work on major projects, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent client service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice to meet their goals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' PQE gained in a commercial law firm advising on respondent work.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, using a well-planned, logical, and commercial approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice on complex employment law matters.
