Job Title: Network Development Officer

Job Summary:

Home Instead is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Development Officer to join our team. As a Network Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community and marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand and grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships in the local community to maintain a pipeline of opportunities and grow our network.
  • Network face-to-face, by phone, and virtually with community stakeholders and potential partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver promotional activities to increase awareness of our services and employment opportunities in the local community.
  • Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive client and care professional enquiries.
  • Plan and execute community marketing events, including attending fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our brand and raise awareness of our national office marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
  • Accurately track and record enquiries to manage and adjust our strategy to optimize messaging and education in the community.
  • Manage our time effectively, prioritizing critical tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in building strong relationships in a local community to achieve business objectives.
  • Confident networking face-to-face, by phone, and virtually with community stakeholders and potential partners.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and experience using a range of marketing and communication approaches.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Experience using data and analytics to make informed business choices.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
