Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Support Specialist, you will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Your Duties

  • Delivering warm hospitality and exceptional customer service to all visitors, members, and guests.
  • Assisting at reception and providing information about the hostel and surrounding area, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage transactions.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all guests.
  • Helping in food preparation and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality, encouraging guests to enjoy dining with us or suggesting beverages and desserts during table service.
