Key Responsibilities- Assist with internal compliance oversight audits to ensure adherence to internal and external requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the legal teams and their clients, including file and call auditing, and assisting with client audits.
- Maintain policy and procedure documents, compliance records, and training materials.
- Support the team lead in preparing training materials and delivering training on client standards to the wider DR&L team in Scotland.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the DR&L team, including assisting with internal and external reporting, and undertaking litigation activities as directed by the Team Lead.
- IT literacy with experience using Word, Excel, and the internet.
- Excellent written, numeracy, and oral communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, be organized, and efficient.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
