About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Estates Manager to join our team at The Mill Hill School Foundation. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our facilities and estates, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance regime to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and Health and Safety Manager to identify and prioritize improvement projects.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of our estates and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
