Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team at LDNY People. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will provide day-to-day administration support to the financial team, ensuring the smooth running of the sales ledger department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the financial team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Assist in credit control duties, including chasing outstanding payments and resolving customer queries.
- Work closely with the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control teams to ensure a seamless administration process.
- Help organize company networking events and travel arrangements.
- Update and maintain digital systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in a sales ledger or finance environment.
- Strong computer skills, with experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
