About the Role:

This Sales Ledger Clerk position is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business as a key member of their Finance team. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will provide day-to-day administration support to the financial team, ensuring the smooth running of the sales ledger.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the financial team in relation to sales ledger
  • Assist in credit control duties where required
  • Help organize company networking events and travel arrangements
  • Work closely with Purchase Ledger and Credit Control to ensure a seamless administration department
  • Assist in managing and updating digital systems

Requirements:

  • Current experience in an administration position with experience of sales ledger
  • Comfortable assisting in credit control duties
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using Xero an advantage
  • Attention to detail, punctual, and capable of working independently
