Position Overview

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Luxury Residential Services Assistant to join a prestigious establishment.

Reporting directly to the Residential Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the concierge services within the residential sector.

Collaborating with the Residential Services and Guest Relations Manager, you will manage all facets of resident arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their stay. This role requires a proactive approach to delivering a high standard of service while meeting delivery and service objectives.

You will liaise closely with Security, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Spa departments to guarantee a consistent and superior service that exceeds resident expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional care for residents during their arrival and departure, as well as in communal areas.
  • Collaborating effectively with all members of the concierge team and broader departments.
  • Engaging with staff, residents, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Fostering and nurturing positive relationships, including adept problem-solving and complaint resolution.
  • Managing time-sensitive objectives efficiently.
  • Coordinating closely with other departments within the establishment.
  • Assuming additional responsibilities in the absence of the line manager or senior personnel.
  • Performing various tasks as required, which may include working in different departments.
  • Occasionally assisting the valet parking team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Recent experience in luxury residential settings or five-star hospitality environments.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and memorable experiences.
