About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Corporate Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex projects and programmes across the organisation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement robust project management methodologies and tools to support project delivery and transformational change.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation, driving project delivery and achieving organisational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise project requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving organisational outcomes.
  • Fluency in the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
