Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of commercial opportunities to internal teams and support them in the development of winning written proposals.
  • Set standards and take responsibility for crafting accurate, high-quality, professional, and impactful bid responses.
  • Ensure consistency of style and quality across responses.
  • Write content, summarize, shorten, and enhance bid responses.
  • Track bids in progress, outlining potential risks and benefits, as well as outcomes, collating feedback, and providing points for improvement.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel) and Google Suites.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
