About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Wellbeing Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Family Wellbeing Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of packages of care.
  • Work alongside Health Visitors to provide leadership and act as a positive role model, supporting colleagues and demonstrating excellent standards of care.
  • Undertake mentorship responsibilities for pre-registration students while on placement within the service and provide preceptorship to support new staff members.
  • Participate in regular safeguarding supervision and have opportunities for continued professional development.
