Key Responsibilities- Provide diary management and arrange internal/external meetings
- Collate, process, and distribute documentation for Regional Review meetings and Board Reports
- Produce and distribute monthly Regional Review Meeting Minutes
- Process invoices and raise orders for submittal to the account departments
- Collate monthly regional staff allocations and staff monthly expenses claims for submittal to the Payroll Department
- Monitor and update Contracts in Progress document and Site Address and Telephone List
- Assist Legal Services and Completed Contracts team with input into Bonds records and Completed Costs records
We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative skills, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, and experience in the construction industry.
You will be a team player with a methodical attitude, enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated, with good IT skills and communication skills.
