Job Summary:

Estée Lauder, a leading beauty company, is seeking a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and driving sales of our market-leading beauty products.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about beauty and has a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of beauty products, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our beauty products
  • Creating personalized shopping experiences for customers, including product demonstrations and recommendations
  • Driving sales of our beauty products through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products

Requirements:

To be successful as a Beauty Advisor, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong passion for beauty and a desire to learn and develop your knowledge of beauty products
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
