About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our team at Peter Alan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Utilize development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships to effectively manage sales generation.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyers from initial meeting through to home completion, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Product Knowledge: Build confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of our home products and homebuilding experience.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify the needs of potential homebuyers and match related solutions to generate buy-in.
Requirements
  • Experience: Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, Car Sales, or similar.
  • Skills: Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment, with outstanding customer care/customer service experience, resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems).
