Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Nurse to join our Research & Innovation team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in the management of clinical trial patients and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and research integrity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the clinical trials team and multi-disciplinary team to manage the caseload of clinical trial patients.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of trial protocols and their application in practice, as well as working knowledge and compliance with local, national, and international research regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of research projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research strategies and protocols to improve patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
Requirements
  • NMC registration.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP.
  • Graduate-level qualification or working towards one.
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience.
  • Experience in clinical research trials.
  • Experience of collaborating with other agencies.
