Novax Recruitment Ltd is currently in search of a People Operations Consultant based in Worcester. This role is a full-time contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR guidance and support concerning employee absence, health-related issues, conduct and capability matters, grievance procedures, organizational transformations, and various employment and employee relations topics.
- Foster and sustain collaborative and effective relationships with management, partners, colleagues, and union representatives, establishing a foundation of professional credibility.
- Oversee the management of casework related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and sickness absence. This includes offering advice and support to management, coordinating with Occupational Health, conducting case review meetings, and participating in dismissal decision hearings.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a performance management culture within the organization.
- Drive performance and achievement of HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to casework, sickness absence, and change initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a human resources role.
- Significant experience in delivering business-oriented, pragmatic HR advice.
- CIPD qualified or actively pursuing qualification.
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures.
This position offers the possibility of hybrid working arrangements.
