Credit Controller

NLB Solutions is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's credit management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new account applications and ensure all required information is collated and trade references are gathered where possible.
- Obtain credit agency reports and process bank receipts, allocate payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Manage credit check orders, negotiate payment plans, and chase overdue invoices.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and credit reporting.
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to create reports for senior management.
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
