Job Title: Fire and Security Engineer

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Engineer to join our team. As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV, and Fire and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV, and Fire and access control systems.
  • Carrying out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems and all other security systems.
  • Maintaining fire & security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Responding to demand service calls on all types of fire and security systems.
  • Applying updates and accurate descriptions of works completed via SIMPRO to inform office of progress.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Flexibility to travel and be part of an on-call rota.
  • Passing several background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history, and DBS check.
What We Offer:
  • Salary 35 - 45K Depending on level of experience.
  • Paid Overtime (at a rate of x1.5) and additional on-call allowance.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading provider of Fire and Security solutions, working on large CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire and Access Control projects. They offer job variety and work on high-end stately homes, large multi-million-pound properties, historic buildings, large commercial properties, and public buildings.

We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled engineer based in either the Luton or Watford area. A successful candidate will be competent in all disciplines - Fire Alarms, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and CCTV.
