Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain accurate records of admissions and discharges, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the filing of medical notes and care plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet quality standards.
- Collate and prepare documents for discharged children, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Assist the house team with typing, filing, and office management tasks.
- Prepare and disseminate meeting minutes, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in the production of the duty rota, ensuring it is communicated to all parties.
- Monitor staff sickness absence and arrange reviews as required.
- Complete weekly absence returns and produce required information from the Staff Care system.
- Update annual leave records and coordinate team days and training events.
- Add new starters to the SMI staff care system and provide training on its use.
- Update the ICRS system (Integrated Child Records System).
- 27 days\u2019 holiday + bank holidays
- Private medical insurance after successful completion of probation
