Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from ideation to launch. Your expertise will be crucial in driving project delivery, managing risks, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the innovation stage gate process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, in full, and on budget.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, including MS Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
