Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex system configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure that all team members have access to current information.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement capacity plans for enterprise-wide systems.
  • Oversee the installation and upgrade of software packages and related systems.
  • Support the development of data refresh strategies and ensure the integrity of system backups and database archives.
  • Recommend and implement database solutions and enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Apply support packages and patches to maintain system integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
  • At least six years of experience in a client-server environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

  • Office environment.
  • May require on-call, shift, weekend, and evening work.
