Position Overview

We are in search of a Branch Manager for a reputable and ethical Real Estate Agency that is expanding its operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a branch in a thriving market, providing access to a variety of property listings including new builds and resale options.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a strong background in real estate management, having previously held roles such as Sales Manager, Senior Valuer, or Valuations Manager. You should be enthusiastic about the prospect of leading a branch and driving its success.

Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000 annually

Commission Structure: Attractive commission rates on lettings and property sales, with no office threshold.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a Saturday rota from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driving license
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within real estate
  • Familiarity with the local property market
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ethical approach to sales and customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring effective team management and high conversion rates on valuations.
  • Utilize innovative strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Conduct daily inquiries and manage viewings, ensuring a professional and caring approach.
  • Perform property valuations and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain compliance and lead the team in achieving sales targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment, conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
