HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Aviation Recruitment Network Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and process right-to-work checks for personnel.
- Administer and apply for criminal record checks.
- Process applications for airport ID passes.
- Liaise with employees to gather onboarding information.
- Issue employee employment contracts.
- Book employees on to training courses.
- Update training records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare recruitment and onboarding reports for the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Essential experience from within an HR, high-volume recruitment, or high-volume employee onboarding environment.
- Experience in utilizing HR-related software such as SuccessFactors or similar would be highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and an aptitude for in-house systems.
