This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or permanency, subject to business needs. The role is full-time and office-based, working from our East Midlands Airport office.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience from within an HR, high-volume recruitment, or high-volume employee onboarding environment. Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and an aptitude for in-house systems are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtaining and processing right-to-work checks for personnel.
- Administering and applying for criminal record checks.
- Processing applications for airport ID passes.
- Liaising with employees to gather onboarding information.
- Issuing employee employment contracts.
- Booking employees on to training courses.
- Updating training records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Preparing recruitment and onboarding reports for the senior leadership team.
