Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a major energy infrastructure project in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the civil engineering aspects of the energy infrastructure project
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure project objectives are met
- Oversee the deployment of resources and subcontractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Drive project timelines and milestones
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in project management within civil engineering
- Experience with pipelines is highly desirable; however, a strong background in Tiefbau is a must
- Fluent in both German (B2) and English (B2)
- Proven ability to work independently and meet high standards of performance
- Flexibility to travel across Germany
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
