We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Coll Search Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Sales Cycle Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding their proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional client service.
- Client Success: Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and address any risks or issues promptly.
Requirements:

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional client service.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
