A distinguished and reputable financial services organization is seeking a knowledgeable individual with a strong background in investments for a dynamic Administrative position.

This firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service while fostering a culture of accountability among its employees.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support in the creation of client proposals, reports, and updates, including direct communication with clients under supervision.
  • Overseeing in-house systems to ensure all updates regarding client relationships are documented promptly and efficiently.
  • General administrative duties for the team, which encompass managing calls and inquiries, processing payments, and closing expired accounts.
  • Investment-related administration tasks such as portfolio transfers, processing ISA subscriptions, updating tax documentation, and distributing valuations.
  • Audio-typing tasks as required for client correspondence.


Applicants should have experience in a professional financial services environment, preferably within an Independent Financial Advisory or Wealth Management firm. This is a full-time, office-based role.
