Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Distinct Consultancy Group Ltd. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global marketing plans, ensuring the integrity of our brand and its proposition in the global marketplace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that align with our brand vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage brand assets, including brand guidelines, copy bible, and marketing concepts.
  • Build and execute joint business planning activity with strategic retail partners and distributors.
  • Brief and manage external marketing agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Champion in-store environment and lead retail strategy development in local markets.

Requirements:

  • Business, Brand, or Marketing related degree or similar qualification.
  • Experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with a drive for results and direct line management experience.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS and social media platforms.
