Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, supporting learners in the workplace and remotely, and contributing to the ongoing success and development of our training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes to learners through a mix of face-to-face and remote sessions.
  • Develop tailored learning plans for each learner, ensuring training is aligned with both their professional role and the programme requirements.
  • Work closely with the wider team to contribute to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of delivery models and training programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements, including quality standards and funding regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes is essential.
  • Ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 Management qualification, supported by strong vocational competencies in management.
  • Experience in both face-to-face delivery and remote teaching and coaching is required.
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to engage learners through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and regular feedback.
  • Teaching and/or Assessor qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, TAQA) are highly desirable but not essential.
