About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leadership and management training programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to groups of learners, using a range of teaching methods and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their training needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assessments to identify training requirements and develop effective training plans.
  • Deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients, including Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and deliver training programs, sharing best practices and expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering leadership and management training programs, ideally in a training or coaching role.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership and management principles, including Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
