Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and coaching services to support the development of our clients' leadership and management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery: Design and deliver Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes to learners through a mix of face-to-face and remote sessions.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring services to learners throughout their journey, from initial learning through to successful completion and End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead engaging workshops and provide hands-on support to ensure learners remain motivated and on track to meet their goals.
  • Learning Plan Development: Develop tailored learning plans for each learner, ensuring training is aligned with both their professional role and the programme requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to contribute to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of delivery models and training programmes.
  • Progress Tracking: Maintain regular contact with learners, tracking their progress, identifying any challenges, and providing constructive feedback to support their success.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements, including quality standards and funding regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes is essential.
  • Qualifications: Ideally hold a Level 5 Management qualification, supported by strong vocational competencies in management.
  • Delivery Methods: Experience in both face-to-face delivery and remote teaching and coaching is required.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learners and tailor your approach to meet individual needs.
